I am a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), credentialed by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and a Mergers and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) credentialed by the M & A Source. These designations are the highest levels of accreditation in the industry and are awarded to intermediaries who have proven professional excellence through verified transaction experience, education, training and peer review.
Distinct qualifications include:
- A higher level of experience, training, and education necessary to handle the marketing, negotiations and complex details involved in the purchase or sale of a privately held business.
- The most up-to-date industry data related to valuation, financing, contracts, taxes, legislation and other areas with respect to business transactions.
- Semi-annual participation at IBBA, M&A Source, and Deal Maker Expo conferences each year for continuing education and periodic re-certifications.
- Affiliation with hundreds of other intermediaries and professional partners (CPA’s, Attorney’s, etc) on a local and national basis.
- A thorough understanding and commitment to uphold the Association’s high Code of Ethics
I am a member of the M & A Source the world’s largest international organization of experienced, dedicated merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market. Currently there are only 250 M&AMI’s worldwide.
